The experience begins with private executive vehicle pick-up from the participants’ accommodation or corporate conference venue in Marrakech. Everyone travels together in comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4s or Mercedes minivans towards the Agafay Desert, enjoying the transition from city bustle to peaceful lunar hills.
Traditional Moroccan Welcome & Team Briefing
Upon arrival, participants are greeted with fragrant Moroccan mint tea and artisan pastries in a beautiful desert camp setting. This relaxing welcome allows everyone to settle in before our professional facilitators introduce the afternoon’s objectives, explain the rules of the competition, and divide participants into balanced competing teams with distinctive team colors and badges.
The Great Desert Treasure Hunt (Highlight Challenge)
The centerpiece of the team-building event is an exhilarating 2-hour treasure hunt designed to stimulate communication, tactical problem-solving, lateral thinking, and friendly competition. Divided teams receive clue maps, riddles, and orientation checkpoints across the desert terrain. Teams must cooperate closely to crack codes, overcome stage challenges, and uncover the final treasure chest. The winning team unlocks the treasure box, with an official Moroccan victory prize awaiting the champions!
Additional Group Strategy Activity
Following the treasure hunt, participants engage in an interactive 1-hour group activity tailored to your corporate goals. Activities range from outdoor team strategy challenges, cooperative engineering exercises, or fun team building games that maintain high energy, encourage cross-department camaraderie, and foster creative collaboration.
Scenic Camel Ride at Sunset
As the late afternoon sun bathes the stone hills in rich golden hues, teams embark on a traditional camel trek. Accompanied by experienced local Berber handlers, participants discover the desert from a peaceful vantage point, with dedicated stops on high ridges for group photography and commemorative team pictures.
