We travel along the modern highway, passing through the fertile plains of the Moroccan countryside. Our first major stop is Casablanca, the economic powerhouse of the country. Here, we visit the Hassan II Mosque, a stunning piece of architecture that sits partially over the Atlantic Ocean. After visiting the Royal Stables and the Mausoleum, we conclude the day’s journey in Fes, the spiritual and intellectual capital of Morocco.
