Day 1: Marrakech → Ait Benhaddou Kasbah → Ouarzazate → Skoura Palm Oasis
Our 6-day tour from Marrakech starts at 08:00, heading to Ouarzazate, famously known as the door to the south of Morocco. Pass through Tizin-Tichka, the highest point of the Mellasil, and gaze over the High Atlas at the surrounding Berber villages and unforgettable scenery.
Next, we stop for tea and to visit the Telouet Kasbah, a former center for trading caravans and the Berber people; you will then proceed on the drive through the Ounila Valley. Lunchtime is reached in Ait Benhaddou village; there, you will have a traditional lunch before walking through the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular filming location for many films.
Moreover, you will arrive in Ouarzazate, where you will take brief photos and videos of the architecturally tongue-twisting city and the vast, blanketing desert landscape.
