2 Days : Agafay Desert & High Atlas mountains & Berber villages

Pick up from your at 9 :30 am directly to The Ourika vally ; the valley is considered one of the most pristine valleys in morocco, A few steps away from Marrakech the valley extends about thirty kilometres, winding through the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains where traditional houses are situated on the clay slopes. Where you will stop for a tea break in a local family house, after you will have chance to visit a local Berber ladies cooperative of Argan Oil ,to see how they make it and have an idea about this magical tree ,and what they can make from it, The road continues along the Oued Ourika(Ourika river) , where water is plentiful throughout the year.

Lined with vegetable crops and orchards, long shaded meadows offer one the chance to relax and have tea beside the river in a small typical cafe shop . Then return to take another  road which is relatively quiet typical Berber village with people known for their gracious hospitality and lifestyle .and is situated in the hollow of the imposing slopes of the Atlas with an altitude of fifteen hundred meters’ then on to Sidi fares Valley /Oasis  where you have a nice and traditional lunch (in a typical restaurant or in a local family house ) ,after you have short walk and a bit of a scramble above the village.

In this exceptional day trip we follows our tour by the old forest track to the region of Sidi Fares below Mount Oukaimeden. The route takes us to Douar Outghal and through the forest to Issoumar (1,382 m).. There are wonderful views of Mount Oukaimeden .befor we arrive to Ait Mizan Valley is Near the mountain Toubkal and its green valley stretching along the river that winds between the flanks of the Atlas mountain, then you enjoy the drive in Kik Plateux ,before to start to go down thorough Lala Takrkouste lake ,then start at Agafay desert and the off road , the scenery is completely different – a stone desert, barren light brown plateaux. This might as well be the Sahara as the colours and the feeling of solitude is the same. The land seems to stretch out forever as the impression of being completely disconnected from civilization takes shape, but is not a real desert with sand dunes.

You arrive at Agafay around 4 pm;you check in at the camp ,then go for a nice camel ride and a break of tea in a wild place  (nomad method made ) watching the sunset ,after the sunset we drive back to the camp for dinner and for an exceptional night at the tents.

We have breakfast at the camp ,then at 10:00 am take the quad bike tour from the camp (or relax or have a walk if you are not able to do the quad bike experience ), , then you enjoy your time at the camp and swimming pool, you enjoy a nice lunch at the camp , then our driver will pick up you at 3:00 pm back to Marrakech (you will be at your accommodation in Marrakech around 4:30 pm) .
