The prototype for the Tin Mal mosque was theGreat Mosque of Taza ,also built byAbd al-Muémin ,TheKoutoubia in Marrakesh was in its turn modelled on it.then we will have lunch in one of the villages around maybe Ijoukak.after we come back to Ourgane village and we will spend the night in a small and very nice guest house ,which is located in small parades between the fields and few local houses .
Day 3 : Ouirgane –the artificial lake Ourigane –Kik Plateux – artificial lake Lala Takrkoust–Agafay desert :
after a traditional breakfast at the guest house (maybe you take the time to swim) ,then you start a walking trip with a local guide in the mountains for or 2 hours , then you and our driver (or just our driver) will make barbecue lunch beside the Ouirgane lake near a local family house where we can get staff ,you enjoy seating and having lunch there (it will be a lifetime experience ),after lunch you will start by car again trough Kik Plateux and stop for pictures on the road and for the Lala Takrkoust artificial lake ,before you start Agafay desert ; The locals call it Agafay desert and for good reason: this might as well be the Sahara as the colors and the feeling of solitude are the same. The land seems to stretch out forever as the impression of being completely disconnected from civilization takes shape. For the next couple of hours, we are submerged in this immensity undisturbed by any sign of life. Civilization finds us againg under the shape of a few adobe houses where you will have a camel ride and have tea in a Berber nomad tent ,and see the sunset .(is not a real desert with sand dunes ). After the sunset we drive back in a darkness to Marrakesh (1 hour driving ).drop of at your hotel in Marrakesh.
